Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplement products generally cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with an opened product, please see our Refund Policy — our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee covers this situation separately from a physical return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve it quickly.
